About Hanna Diane Seeman
Hanna began practicing aerial acrobatics in early 2018 and has been teaching since late 2020. Here in Bern, she primarily teaches aerial hoop and silk classes at Unisport Bern, but also occasionally leads classes in aerial yoga and aerial technique.
Thanks to an online course in “Aerial Anatomy” and a trainer certification program led by a physical therapist, she teaches with a solid foundation in healthy body mechanics.
In her classes, she always teaches in a playful way and with a love for aerial acrobatics, without losing sight of the technical aspects. Her goals in teaching are to help students learn new movement sequences and build strength.
