I specialize in sports and therapeutic massage and offer aerial strap classes in Bern.
Meet Jura (Your therapist)

My work is science-based and uses trauma-informed frameworks along with a holistic understanding of our bodies.
I studied Kinesiology before training in massage therapy. That background gives me a technical understanding of how the body moves, adapts, and compensates.
I hold certifications in PNF, Active Release Therapy, Neurokinetic Therapy, Myofascial Release, and more.
Movement has always been a passion. I loved to dance, do acro, climb, calisthenics, and I was never able to keep to one passion…
That is, until in 2020, I discovered aerial straps and fell completely in love. I began performing and coaching aerials in 2022, and that world shaped how I work in ways I didn’t expect. I ended up moving to Montreal to develop my aerial straps practice. From there, I ended up coaching and performing all over the world. If you’re interested in aerial strap classes in Bern, please reach out.
Teaching complex movement patterns in three-dimensional space builds a specialized kind of understanding. As a result, my practice draws on lived, embodied experience and not just clinical theory. This makes me especially well-placed to work with dancers, acrobats, Acro yoga, climbers, and anyone who pushes their body in demanding and creative ways.
Why it Matters to you
I’ve worked with hundreds of clients across both aerial coaching and sports massage. That has sharpened my ability to understand the body both technically and holistically. I spot compensation patterns, understand load and recovery, and know the difference between tension that needs pushing through and tension that needs releasing.
That means I don’t just bring relief to your symptoms, I get to the source. Whether you come in managing an injury, training hard, or carrying the weight of a demanding life, I bring a holistic understanding of how your body works as a complete system and build your session around that.
