Simple Handstands (“the App”) is developed by Jura Hau Creates (“the Developer”, “we”, “us”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is handled securely and in accordance with international data protection standards, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF).
- Information Collection and Use
The App collects and uses various types of information to provide its services:
A. Camera Data
The App requires access to your device’s camera to perform real-time pose detection and record training videos.
• On-Device Processing: All image analysis for pose detection is performed locally on your device using the Google ML Kit SDK. No images or skeletal landmark data are uploaded to our servers or third-party cloud services.
• Video Storage: Recorded training videos are stored strictly in the App’s private internal storage on your device.
B. Training Statistics
Data regarding your handstand duration, alignment score, and timestamps are stored in a local database on your device (Room Database). This data remains on your device and is not synchronized with any cloud services.
C. Device and Advertising Identifiers
The App uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect:
• Advertising ID (AAID): To provide personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Device Identifiers: To monitor ad frequency and prevent fraud.
• IP Address: To determine general location (city/country level).
D. User Consent (Google UMP)
The App uses the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage user consent for data processing, specifically for users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, in compliance with GDPR. - Third-Party Service Providers
We utilize the following third-party services:

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with service providers (like AdMob) who are also committed to high standards of data protection.
D. Security

• Right to Access: You can view all your training data within the “History” and “Stats” tabs.
• Right to Deletion: You can delete specific attempts or all app data (including videos and stats) via the Settings menu.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can manage your ad preferences via the App’s consent settings or device settings. - Children’s Privacy
The App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete this from our records. - Changes to This Privacy Policy
